Very soon, Folx all across the world will begin sharing all their accomplishments and the GREAT things that happened in their lives over the past year. This has become a rite of passage, for the lack of a more appropriate description, for many people.

Here’s what I want you to take away from today’s post.

If all you did this past year was GET THROUGHT IT, then that’s absolutely OK. It took courage and strength to make it through, but you did. Give yourself some credit for your perseverance and tenacity. Extend to yourself a little mercy and grace. I’m proud of you, and myself, for sticking in there. Don’t give up. Make tomorrow count. I promise you, I will as well.
